Shipping Policy

At HAISEN INDUSTRIAL CO., LIMITED, we strive to deliver your fitness equipment quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping practices for orders shipped to the United States from our Hong Kong warehouse and distribution partners.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for large/commercial orders, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Estimated delivery times to the United States are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, customs clearance, or carrier delays may affect actual delivery.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions of the items, and the shipping destination. Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $99.00 to most US addresses. For orders under $99, a flat rate applies. Express shipping carries an additional fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

HAISEN INDUSTRIAL is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply upon import to the United States. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for current import regulations. In most cases, shipments valued under $800 USD enter the US duty-free.

Address Changes

Please verify your shipping address carefully. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at haichengshiye668@163.com or call 15323159452. We will do our best to update the address before shipment. However, once the package is dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed (beyond the estimated delivery window), please contact our support team. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment date.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items that ship from different warehouses, we may split the shipment into separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments on qualifying orders.
