Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and customs duties. Your order will be processed only after payment authorization is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and adjust orders accordingly. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from our fulfillment centers to addresses across the United States. Processing times typically range from 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a correct shipping address. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing a claim and may offer a replacement or refund.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is part of these Terms. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, subject to conditions outlined in our Shipping & Returns page. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Non-returnable items include clearance or final-sale products. To initiate a return, contact our customer support at haichengshiye668@163.com. You will receive a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. After we inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds via PayPal or card may take additional time depending on your issuer. Exchanges may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
