Return and Refund Policy

At HAISEN INDUSTRIAL FITNESS EQUIPMENT, we stand behind the quality of our cardio equipment, strength training gear, and home fitness products. This policy explains how to return items, request a refund, and what to expect during the process.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not shipped. After that, the order is in processing and cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
  • Free of scratches, damage, or signs of assembly.
  • Accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and hardware.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been assembled or used (including but not limited to rowing machines, spinning bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, training racks, adjustable dumbbells, and fitness benches).
  • Items missing original packaging or with damaged packaging deemed unfit for resale.
  • Special orders, clearance items, or products marked as final sale.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at haichengshiye668@163.com or call 15323159452 within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. We will issue an RMA and provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided in the RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.

Inspection

Once we receive the returned item, our team inspects it for condition and completeness. If the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we may refuse the refund or charge a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Refund Timing

After inspection approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card). Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account—typically 3–5 business days for PayPal and up to 10 business days for credit cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at haichengshiye668@163.com or 15323159452. We will arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.
